Trainers Away Day

On Friday we had a Trainers Away Day with Aware Defeat Depression. It was great to meet the other trainers and staff, especially those who have been working in the organisation for a long time. We were also made aware of the new materials and discussed the exercises that work and those that don’t. Old hands and new ideas mixed well. Here is a picture of all who attended.
If you know someone who you think may be affected by depression, call the helpline for help on what to do next: Aware Defeat Depression 0845 120 2961.
To support the work of Aware Defeat Depression, you can now do so as you shop online.
