Both sides are important - not only how to break bad habits but how to build good ones,  Look out for blogs on this topics in the next while.  But for now, here&#039;s a good quote from a great thinker on the subject.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” (Aristotle)</description>
